Aurco is an established black owned corporate governance consultancy firm providing multi-disciplinary professional services, focused on internal audit, risk management and forensic accounting. 

Aurco was established in 2001 and has since grown substantially to be a proven sustainable business.  Our growth and success is attributable to the wealth of experience, highly qualified and dedicated professional staff throughout the company in various fields of corporate governance expertise.

Specialising in the different segments of corporate governance and all related services makes Aurco a unique partner in our focused areas of expertise which are Internal Audit, Risk Management and Forensic Accounting. 

In 2006 Aurco further strengthened its empowerment initiatives with the inclusion of a women’s investment group, Mzana Women’s Investment who are duly represented on the Aurco Board of Directors by Dr. Thandi Ndlovu and Ms. Granny Seape.

Aurco is currently engaged in various public - and private sector assignments with the emphasis on capacity building in all the economic spheres.
