TRAINING

Our training program consists of providing in-house training to all staff members, attending outside courses and on the job training according to the needs of individual auditors.

All our in-house courses are provided by a dedicated team who are currently involved in providing training to the following organizations and institutions:

• Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA);
• South African Institute of Government Auditors (SAIGA);
• University of Pretoria (UP); and
• Tshwane University of Technology (TUT).

Aurco’s training team members are all qualified and experts in the field of internal audit with an average of 10 years of auditing experience.

Our internal audit staff was exposed to the following courses during the year:

• Effective report writing (ERW)
• How to effectively review your organisations risk management process (ORMP).
• The current Professional Practice Framework, a practical implementation.
• Block 1 – Tools and techniques for the internal auditor (TTB1)
